2. Services Description
We provide wellness coaching, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle programmes. All services are delivered online or at our Raipur studio, depending on the programme selected.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
4. Payments & Refunds
Programme fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing within 7 days of programme commencement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Rukmani Wellness Center and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rukmani Wellness Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
